About me
This is V.Christeta sagaya rani . I would like to thank my Guru who has inspired me in Bharatanatyam and also motivated and also in life all aspects . And also I thank my Guru both Smt. Bala Subu Lakshimi Somasundaram and Smt. Akila Sathya Narayanan who have helped me to learn and be in divine. My heartfelt thanks to my bellowed parents who encouraged me to learn Bharatanatyam and in all sorts of life.
Christeta holds a degree in Master of Science (Geography) in University of Madras & Master of Business Administration from Allahabad Agricultural Deemed University, As a highly skilled in Bharatanatyam (Indian classical dance) she learned in an
reputed organization, Dance & Music Teacher Training in The Tamil University, Tanjore. She has performed several program under the Government of Tamil Nadu. She has set her foot on almost all the renowned stages. Apart from being a reputed performer, she had played a role as judge for many dance competition, With more than 35 years of experience, she adept in scheduling programmer and conducted lot of programmers. Christeta runs Bharatha Kalalaya - school of Bharathanatyam through which she imparts her Knowledge to many aspiring students.

Smt. Akila satya narayanan, founder and director of Natya Vidyalaya . Trichy is the disciple of Kalaimani late K. N.Packirisamy pillai and Natya bBodaga Ratnam Smt. Vijayamalinie
She has been educating ancient art of Bharathanatyam . To her credit , she has performed around 109 Arangetrams. She has conducted lot of programs in and out of Tamil Nadu . she is also one of the very few Masters Sreading our traditional and cultural values trough Bharathanatyam in ancient Tanjavur style among youngsters.
Smt. Vijayamalinie Mother of Smt. Akila is the founder and president of “Sri Natya Vidyalaya “ she is one of the most distinguished Bharatha Nataya Gurus in Chennai.
ABOUT MY GURU
Christeta sagaya rani is the devoted student. She has been learning Baratha Natyam under Guru Smt . Bala Subu Lakshimi Somasundaram and Smt . Akila Sathya Naraynam for 16 years from her child hood. She has been actively involved in all events (Natayam) .Christeta has also been a part of the students performing team through which she has performed in various places. Apart from doing exceedingly well in academics, She has won laurels for her school in various interschool competitions. She has won prices in music and drawing and she learned vocal under Guru Smt. NalIsai Vani Isaikomagal Kalakkad Ambujam .S.R and learned violin under “kalaimamani” Guru Sundaram Iyer (late)
